Description

As an intern for United Python Shipping Service (UPSS), you've been given the task of solving a handful of their shipping and delivery problems. Given the starter file below, complete the functions in the file according to the descriptions in the comments.

Hint: while it is possible to write each function independently, some of the later functions can be written in fewer lines of code if you make use of the earlier functions.
